Shipping Policy:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100 within the UK. For orders under £100 there will be a small shipping fee of £3.50. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and carrier.

We also offer first class shipping for an additional fee. Please select this option at checkout if you require faster delivery.

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time, however this is something we will be looking into for the future.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and must...

Be unwashed
Have all labels attached
Be unused/ not worn
Have no marks on them, example - have no makeup, fake tan marks etc
Not smelling of washing powder/ smoke/ perfume and free of any pet hair etc

PLEASE NOTE: Crystal items and lingerie are non-refundable

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning your item(s) and issuing a refund. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return for you.

Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item(s). We cannot refund shipping costs, all returns are returned at your own cost. We advise you to return your item using a tracked method, please ensure that you have proof of posting certificate (receipt) from your post office / courier. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, if you would like to change an item please return the item you are not satisfied with and order the correct item. You will then be refunded for your item once it is received.
